Access

The collections are open to all researchers, both members of the University and the general public. External users should always contact the Archives in advance of their visit to arrange access.

Cafe

Archives are housed in the The Saltire Centre and the building also houses a Learning Cafe selling tea, coffee, cakes, fruit, sandwiches, soup, baked potatoes, etc. The food and drink (Costa Coffee) is good and reasonably priced.

Copyright

Copies are supplied on the understanding that they are to be used for the purpose of private study or research.  Requests to publish material from the Archives should be made in writing to the University Archivist.  As some material is held on deposit from various organisations, please discuss any requests to publish any material with the Archivist.  Reproduction fees are at the Research Collections Manager's discretion. Copies of anything published using our collections are gratefully received.
