Low Impact Aerobics/ Thighs, Tums and BumsThe low impact aerobics/ thighs, tums and bums class is suitable for people of all levels of fitness, particularly beginners and those returning to exercise. The class consist of 15-20 minutes of low impact aerobics followed by 20 mins of exercises designed to strengthen and shape the lower and upper body. Moving in time with the music the moves will be simple and easy to follow. The moves are low-impact so that anyone with joint problems can join in.
