The mission of TEPL SIG is to provide a platform for exploration and debate of ideas and findings arising from research in technology-enhanced professional learning and their application in learning practice both in the Higher Education and in other types of organisations.
TEPL SIG addresses professional learning in two ways. Firstly, through promoting dialogue between researchers and practitioners active in the field of technology-enhanced professional learning, in order to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Secondly, TEPL facilitates capacity building by providing opportunities for early-stage researchers to meet and work with leading researchers and practitioners in the field of TEL.
